On The Go Essentials
Every time you eat, you’ll take out your aligners, and then you’ll brush your teeth before you put them back in. You’ll be brushing in restaurants, your workplace, maybe even bars. You need a portable tooth-brushing kit that fits in your purse or coat pocket.
Compact toothbrush: You could use a normal toothbrush, but that’ll double the size of your carrying case. Get a folding toothbrush. Get soft bristles so you don’t over brush your teeth.
Tiny toothpaste: Grab some of those airport-sized toothpastes to keep handy.
Cleaning wipes: To disinfect your aligners.
Lip balm: Incase your lips dry out from the invisible aligners.
Carrying pouch: To carry all of these essentials in one place and to keep them clean.
At Home Essentials
Floss: To keep your teeth clean throughout the day.
Retainer Brite: To keep your invisible aligners invisible.
Cleaning case: To give your invisible aligners more time to soak in the retainer brite. Note it's sold under the name of "denture bath".
Aligner seaters: This helps fit your invisible aligners better. Use them for the first few days of using a new invisible aligner set.
Tylenol: Your teeth might hurt the first few days of using invisible aligners so this will be helpful to reduce the pain and any inflammation.
